How stressed Are You? Take this quiz and see how you rate on your stress level. Stress, America's one health problem, is a leading reason for major sickness. Research has proven that releasing stress and learning to relax promotes a more healthy, happier, and more satisfying life. I am getting impatient quickly with delays or changes. While waiting for the lift, I press the button frequently. I feel "beaten up" sometimes at the end of the day. Taking the breath from your diaphragm, thru your nose, holding for roughly two seconds and then slowly breathing out thru your mouth.

the point of meditation is to chill and to release stress. It's important for you to understand that there is not any wrong or right way to meditate. Meditation is simply a form of concentration and focus ; it's a process that quiets the mind. Set your limits, and select who you trust smartly. No- you aren't taking more responsibility than you must.
